If your item has arrived in less than perfect condition, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement at no additional cost to you other than the return shipping. To expedite the return quickly, simply send an email to us stating your intent to return your purchase so that we may, if needed, reproduce the item. Take a digital photo of the damaged area, print it out and place it in the original package with the damaged item and send it, via a track-able method to:

1. How will my order be packaged? We take extra care packaging your new purchase. If the size permits, we use USPS Priority mail packaging provided by the United States Postal Service. If the Item is large or an unusual shape we carefully wrap the item with industrial wrapping paper, support any vulnerable  areas and tightly enclose the item in a custom cardboard container.
2.  Can you ship to an APO? Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/Military Addresses.
3. Do you offer faster shipping rates? Yes, There are options during the checkout process to choose the shipping method that fits you best.
4. How do I ship my items somewhere other than to my billing address? During the checkout process you are provided the option to enter a shipping address that is different from the billing address. 
5. Can I ship items to multiple addresses? Yes, during the checkout process you will have the ability to ship to a maximum of four addresses. 
6. Is my package insured? Durabulart.com guarantees your satisfaction. In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged during shipment, we will take full responsibility to correct the issue. See our Return Policy for more information.
7. Can I track my order after it has been placed? We keep you informed at each stage of your order, including tracking information as soon as it is available to us. Please be sure to check your e-mail for any updates on your order.
8. How do I know that my order has been shipped? When your order ships, you will receive a shipment Notification E-mail. This E-mail will provide you with the date your order was shipped.
9. What if I have not yet received my order but it shows that it has shipped? Once your order has shipped, please allow appropriate time for delivery. See above, for processing/delivery times.
10. What happens to undeliverable packages? We monitor each order after it is shipped and take the initiative to ensure delivery. If it is lost, a replacement order will be processed and shipped immediately upon determination of the staus of the shipment.
11. What if there’s a problem with my order? How do I return it? If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it for a full refund minus the shipping cost for sipping. See our return policy for more information.
12. This is a gift. Is the recipient going to see the costs, and can I add a gift note? The packing slip does not include any pricing information. The e-mail notifications, however, do reference pricing; so if you are sending a gift, we suggest you do not use the recipient’s e-mail address. At this time, we do not offer gift cards that can be enclosed in shipments, but we do offer a gift message option that is included on the packing slip.
